Section 12. Amendment of plan

12- (1) The Authority may, with the approval of the State Government, make such amendments in the plan prepared under section 8 or 9 as it thinks fit. (2) The provisions of sections 10 and 11 shall mutatis mutandis apply to any amendment made under this section.
