Section 28-A. Alteration and improvement not to be made by sub-tenant

This Act was repealed on 1 January 2023 by the Uttarakhand Tenancy Act, 2021 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2022), s.47(1), which repeals the State Rent Control Act in force immediately before its commencement; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
[28-A Nothing in section 6 or clause (c) of sub-section (2) of section 20, or sub-section (3) of section 26 shall be construed to confer on any sub-tenant a right to make any alteration or improvement in ay building otherwise than in accordance with the terms of the tenancy.
