This Act was repealed on 1 January 2023 by the Uttarakhand Tenancy Act, 2021 (Uttarakhand Act 2 of 2022), s.47(1), which repeals the State Rent Control Act in force immediately before its commencement; it may still apply to matters that began before then.
35- The provisions of sections 4, 5 and 12 of the Limitation Act 1963 shall mutatis mutandis apply to all proceedings under this Act.
