Section 13. Delegation.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by West Bengal Act XVII of 1979, s.25(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
13. Subject to such restrictions and conditions as may be prescribed, the Commissioner may, by order in writing, delegate any of his powers under this Act to any person appointed under section 4 to assist him.
