Section 14. Indemnity.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by West Bengal Act XVII of 1979, s.25(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
14. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Commssioner or the persons appointed under section 4 to assist him for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
