Section 11. Officers and employees of Corporation not to have any interest in contract, etc.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the West Bengal Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Development and Finance Corporation Act, 2017 (West Bengal Act XXX of 2017), s.33(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
11. No person who has directly or indirectly by himself or his partner or agent, any share or interest in any contract, by or on behalf of the Corporation or in any work undertaken by the Corporation shall become or remain an officer or employee of the Corporation.
