Section 12. Conferment of powers on Administrative Officer.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the West Bengal Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Development and Finance Corporation Act, 2017 (West Bengal Act XXX of 2017), s.33(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
12. The Corporation may authorise the Administrative Officer, subject to such conditions and limitations as it may specify, to exercise such powers and perform such duties as it may deem necessary for the efficient administration of its business.
