Section 17. Corporation to act on business principles.

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the West Bengal Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes Development and Finance Corporation Act, 2017 (West Bengal Act XXX of 2017), s.33(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
17. It shall be the general principle of the Corporation that in carrying on its undertakings it shall act on business principles.
