Section 14. Power to amend the Schedule

This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Plastic and Other Non Biodegradable Garbage (Regulation of Use and Throwing) Act, 2013 (Uttarakhand Act 17 of 2013), s.22(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
14- The State Government may, after consultation with the Public Analyst, by notification, amend the Schedule and upon the publication of such notification in the Gazette, the Schedule shall be deemed to be amended accordingly.
