This Act was repealed on a date we do not have by the Uttarakhand Plastic and Other Non Biodegradable Garbage (Regulation of Use and Throwing) Act, 2013 (Uttarakhand Act 17 of 2013), s.22(1); it may still apply to matters that began before then.
15- The State Government may by general or special order, direct that any power exercisable by it under this Act except the power to make rules, may also be exercised by such officer in such officer in such cases and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified therein.
